A real example of good/bad usability and the pain that I felt as a user

👀 Focusing on the user's perspective is essential, but there are still many cases where we, as users, cannot appropriately interact with the platform.
💬 It was in this way that I thought I needed to show a real example of a vast bank desktop app (redoing the layout and not exposing the brand) of what happened to me when I came across a platform that had positive and negative usability points.
✨ I also proposed a simple solution to the problem, which could solve the pain caused by my interaction.
👍 Strengths:
➡ After you fill in the Zipcode, the platform automatically fills in the Address, Neighborhood, City, State, and Country;
➡ Good spacing between elements.
🚫Negative points:
➡ The number of characters is limited in the complement field, which does not allow for further specifications; that is, I want to put that I live in a street that is inside a condominium, and I was not allowed;
➡ It is not possible to write, for example, "condominium Vale do Fernando";
➡ The maximum you could do was write "Cond VDF".
➡ The Address field is required, but you cannot fill it in; that is, it is filled in automatically after you enter the zip code;
➡ There is no field for more specifications, which can make it challenging to locate the address, as it had to be abbreviated in my case.
🤫 What else would you do in this case?
🤫 What improvements did I not see that could be made?
It's really unbelievable that big companies have bad UX like this
