👩‍💻 As a Product Manager, you need to pay a lot of attention to the reported technical debts, mainly because it can slow down your team and make your developers work a lot on adjustments without solving the root cause causing the real problem.

📍 Unsolved Technical Debts will probably stop your product/platform from scaling, and they will block your roadmap in the future

➡ The more technical debs appear, the more chances of reaching a scenario where you will have to stop everything that your team is working to stop and solve the technical debts, so my tips as a senior GPM are: ➡ Understand what the technical debts of your platform are; ➡ Measure how those debts impact your product/platform performance; ➡ Try to work on solving the technical debts' root causes instead of doing work around; ➡ If your team is making every time work around because of technical debts, it means that it is time to stop and solve them; remember, technical debts may stop you from going ahead and scaling;

➡ Reserve a space on your roadmap to work on technical debts & tech improvements;

➡ The more technical debts your system has, the farther you are from scaling and launching new features.

It is it. I hope you enjoy 😉!!!
